Refund policy

1. Returns

• Eligibility: Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on used or opened products, or on items marked as final sale.

2. Refunds

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Return Shipping

• Cost: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order
